Shaun's home is stunning, and brought the music lifestyle of Nashville to life in a gorgeous setting. You are literally no more than 15 minutes from everything. I had a question about the deck fireplace ... 5 seconds after I hit send, the doorbell rang and Shaun was there to address. He also greeted us the next morning with a fresh box of the most delicious donuts I've ever tasted. Also very safe - gate enclosing parking spots in back. Kitchen is gourmet, with unexpected treats like three different coffee beans to choose from for the coffee station. WiFi flawless, Sonos sound system and TVs throughout. Shaun was great about making local recommendations - he learned what we were interested in and sent us to the best food and music in town. The Listening Room - venue for singer songwriters - particularly cool. If you're into guitars, check out Carter Vintage Guitars - highlight was a 1952 Gibson Les Paul ... for $120,000. Awesome experience overall, 10 minutes from the airport.

This place was absolutely perfect. I really value cleanliness, updated furnishings and accuracy in the listing. This place had it all. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to be close to Broadway but far enough away for comfort and quiet!

I stayed with 4 friends of mine for a girls long get away weekend. We loved it! It is a beautiful home with great amenities! If we had a question the host was quick to respond via the online messaging portal. There was plenty of space for all of us and we each said that we would recommend the house to any one who asks us about where to stay in Nashville. The host even has doughnuts delivered to us the first morning we weee at the house. 10 out of 10 all around!

Stunning property-so fun! Place was immaculate-service was amazing! Can’t wait to go back-will stay here again! Beds are comfy-the place is stunning from top to bottom! Could not of asked for a better place to stay-3 couples-all had own bathroom! Loved the Arcade game and all the murals!

This house is simply amazing! Came down to Nashville with two other couples for our first ever CMA experience. This house is in a safe neighbood and a very short Uber ride to Broadway and Nissan Stadium. It has everything you could possibly need. Every room had its own King size bed that were amazingly comfortable. The decor in the house was so unique and fit Nashville perfectly. The owner was so helpful and answered any questions we had. It was such a nice place to relax and spend time with our good friends after a busy day. I would highly recommend staying here. We would totally stay here again when visiting Nashville!!

By far one of the BEST experiences I have had! From the property manger (Candice) who was so incredibly nice and responsive to the owner of the home who lived next door. The home was absolutely beautiful and accommodated all of our needs. It was close to downtown and Uber/Lyft rides were incredibly quick and easy! I will absolutely stay here again and again!! The video game with 500 games was a bonus. The view from the rooftop was breathtaking. I honestly could go on and on. If you have been looking for hours upon hours, go ahead and stop now. Book this home!! You will not be disappointed!!

Shaun and Candice’s place was absolutely wonderful. Most importantly, it was very clean and spotless. Their home looked exactly like the photos, and the location and proximity in Nashville was just what we needed - we were only 5-10 minutes from everything. They were amazing hosts. Candice was extremely responsive, and communicated well before, during, and after the stay. 100% we will be back next time we’re in town.

I just had the best stay at this Airbnb in Nashville! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away. The place is absolutely stunning and has such a cozy, welcoming vibe. The location is perfect, close to all the cool spots in the city, yet just outside the madness. The host, Shaun, was fantastic – super responsive and provided great local tips that made my trip even better. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed (and more!). I can't say enough good things about this place. If you're looking for a place for a large group or family in Nashville, this is it. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay at the spacious Savant!! It was big & bright with beautiful accommodations. Rooms were spacious - great place for couples or families to stay. Nice neighborhood, quiet and large park across the street. Quick Uber ride to downtown as well as the airport. Highly recommend this property!

We loved this place. We will definitely stay here again. I’ve never stayed in a rental that has a full coffee bar supplied as well as trash bags, dishwasher tablets and all the other little necessities you normally have to pack. We will be repeats.

Our family had a very comfortable stay! Our host was extremely diligent about answering phone calls and texts, and even got up in the middle of the night to help us once. (Sorry Shaun) Our only hurdle was operating the thermostat and which was modern (and we were just not used to it.) Bathrooms had great water pressure and beds, linens etc. were amazing! It was the perfect place for our family to spend some time together in between sight seeing.

We had an amazing stay at this short-term rental property. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs. The property was beautifully decorated and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, it was close to all the main attractions and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Our favorite part of the property was the outdoor patio where we enjoyed the beautiful views. The bedrooms were comfortable and the linens were luxurious. The living room was spacious and had plenty of seating for our group. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed to cook meals. We also appreciated the fast internet and multiple televisions, which made it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy their own space. The host was an excellent host, they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. They were always available to answer any questions we had. We would highly recommend this property.

Our family of 8 came from three states to celebrate Christmas together. This home is just as excellent as the pictures suggest. Be ready for lots of steps! The rooftop deck is wonderful for a quiet moment to yourself, a movie night with the kids, or drinks with the adults. We loved that all the adults had king sized beds in good sized bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have en-suites then 2 bedrooms share a third bathroom. Three bedrooms are on the second floor, one on the first. There’s a half bath near the rooftop deck. The primary bedroom has an incredible wet room (tub and shower in the same enclosure) It honestly was the best shower I’ve ever had - I was sad to leave it! The kitchen and living room offered enough seating for all of us to sit comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware but bring the basics if you plan to cook - foil, salt, pepper, etc. If you’re a family who enjoys TV/movies, TV’s are everywhere! Living room, dining room, every bedroom, rooftop deck. The location is in East Nashville which is very desirable. So much to do close by. Downtown is only two miles away. Restaurants close by that we recommend are Mas Tacos, and The Pharmacy and Joyland for burgers. Other adult attractions in the area include Up Down (arcade) and Attaboy for a unique speakeasy experience. Farther away, we recommend The Loveless Cafe for breakfast (fair warning- usually 2 hr wait until midday) and 12 South for shopping (Reese Witherspoon’s shop, Draper James, is there). This home isn’t too far from any of those. Overall, it was an excellent stay. Everyone was thrilled (and that’s hard to accomplish!)
