Our group of 14 had an excellent stay in this lovely, peaceful home and the location couldn’t be any better. Especially with the available cruiser bikes - our teen girls loved them so much. House looks exactly as pictured. The house has such charm, from the front and back porches to the beautiful balcony on the 3rd floor. We loved the comfy, king beds and our teen-kids own space on the 3rd floor with 2 large bunk beds and beautiful bathroom - that was absolutely amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed and we felt super relaxed in living area. The communication was awesome. We had a small issue as we realized we don’t have coffee for our morning “start” but when we contact management they immediately took care of this. Everything we needed were wrapped so nicely and delivered within 15min (wow!!) 😊 The host thoughtfully provided toys for beach , umbrella , beach chairs for making the stay even more memorable. We can’t wait to come back. Best Vacation Ever! Thank You.

This has got to be the most beautiful place I’ve stayed at in 30a The community is beautiful, safe and family friendly. Everything is within walking distance and the host is absolutely nice and attentive. We loved the house and the surroundings. Absolutely recommend the place.

I had my bachelorette here last weekend and it was PERFECT for my group of 8. It had just enough space to spread out. Everything was very clean. There was great communication about all of the amenities and details of our stay. The location was a short walk to the beach and in the heart of everything. We felt so safe and comfortable. I will definitely be coming back next year.

We had a wonderful stay! Our first time to 30A. The house was perfect, clean, functional. Kids loved having the upstairs bunk beds. The seacrest community was super cute and the pool was awesome. The bikes at the house were very helpful to get to the pool. The downside was not being able to ride all the way to the beach. The tram does run regularly until around 5 from the neighborhood to the beach drop off but makes for a little hike with all the beach gear and kiddos otherwise. We found that the seaside area may be better suited for families as far as kid friendly/ casual waterfront restaurants/ beach access/ etc but really enjoyed our time at Seacrest!

Our stay was perfect! The home had everything we needed, and more! We felt right at home and I look forward to staying here again in the future! The beds were AMAZING!! This is the perfect place for multiple families vacationing together.

The home was perfect for our families and our Christmas and New Years vacation. Very clean, comfortable bedding and soft fluffy bath towels. The area had lots of restaurants, shopping and things to do for everyone from 9 to 89. We can't wait to go back.
