This was such a great find on 30A... location was perfectly convenient, the space was clean and comfortable for our group, and the communication with the property manager was top notch. Don't look any further... stay here!

We loved staying here! We comfortably fit 12 people over three days. Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 5-15 minute walk to shops, restaurants, and places to grab a drink. There’s a tram service that will take you to and from the bnb to the beach access. Major plus was the included umbrellas, beach chairs, 6 beach towels, 6 bikes, and access wrist bands. The community also had a massive pool. Parking was easy with two garage spots and additional outside parking in designated spots. The AirBnb was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well stocked.

We had a wonderful stay! Our first time to 30A. The house was perfect, clean, functional. Kids loved having the upstairs bunk beds. The seacrest community was super cute and the pool was awesome. The bikes at the house were very helpful to get to the pool. The downside was not being able to ride all the way to the beach. The tram does run regularly until around 5 from the neighborhood to the beach drop off but makes for a little hike with all the beach gear and kiddos otherwise. We found that the seaside area may be better suited for families as far as kid friendly/ casual waterfront restaurants/ beach access/ etc but really enjoyed our time at Seacrest!

Fantastic house! Very spacious and well appointed. They really emphasize the hospitality and make you feel right at home. Excellent local recommendations and knowledgeable host. Short walk to the pool and beach and the tram is super a convenient free service that arrives within minutes. Loved it, 5 stars, we would definitely return!

My wife and three children stayed here during Spring Break and absolutely loved the home and overall experience. The home is beautiful, recently renovated and spotless upon check-in. We were somewhat concerned that it was somewhat far from the Beach and Pool based on the map - while they run a golf cart service less than 1 block from the front step, we ended up making the easy walk the whole trip. Aside from the great design and spacious home, the house was stocked with fun games, a welcome basket, towels and every utensil you'd need. Plus, there were 6 bikes to use which we used OFTEN. Nicole was a fantastic host - responsive, proactive and genuinely cared about our experience. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home, very well equipped in a great, vibrant neighborhood. Home is very spacious, new and updated, easily accommodated our larger group and everyone had space. Pool area was very impressive in the community, plenty of amenities and things to do within walking distance. Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach, Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Necole was great to work with, incredibly responsive. Definitely a five star property which we would highly recommend and consider another stay here.
