Awesome property ideally located between Alys and Rosemary Beach! This was our first time to the 30A area and the location and amenities were just what we were looking for. The home smelled like a spa when we walked in and the beds/ linens were very comfortable. Shaun and Candice were very responsive and wanted to make sure we had a great stay. The tram to the beach was awesome and there were bikes available to use also (everyone rides bikes to get around!) would definitely stay again!

So glad Mi CaSEAta was available last minute as we had to alter our vacation plans due to bad weather! We booked the home the night before and the hosts were very responsive and helpful as we replanned our itinerary. The home was beautiful, walking distance to the pool and a short tram ride to the beach, and had plenty of room for our family to spread out. Thank you to Candice and Shaun for helping to make our trip memorable! We will never forget this unexpected family vacation!

Great house, great location and VERY responsive hosts. House is way in the back BUT that turned out to be a good location because it is quiet and peaceful. The Seacrest complex is very large and we have stayed here previously and experienced then how active even well into the night the complex can get. This location is convenient but tucked back in a very quiet area with no late night noise and peaceful mornings. House is spacious, well decorated and fully kitted out with all you will need. The beds were also very comfortable, something that is always hit or miss with rentals. The tram stops four houses down and runs to the pool, beach, South Walton Shops and more. Bikes were also a great help and we never moved our car once we arrived. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at Seacrest. The neighborhood was very convenient and we liked that the house is on the edge of the community with less car and bike traffic. The bikes provided were great. We biked everywhere! Seacrest is in between Rosemary and Alys Beach and super close to both. Beaches were crowded but we made the best of it and appreciated the chairs and umbrella!

The home was everything shown and listed. It was very clean, well decorated, had kitchen supplies, and etc. All of the balconies were so nice to sit on and enjoy time with family. It had lots of great space. It was so convenient to the beach and all of the tram drivers would arrive quickly and were so friendly. The pool area was very beautiful, clean and relaxing. I will definitely stay again.

We all loved this home. Plenty of space for each of us to have our privacy and a great cozy living room to watch tv and chat in the evenings. Bathrooms were spotless, beds were super comfortable. Kitchen is spacious and had everything we needed. Host was incredible. Communication was clear and easy. They thought of everything. We loved every minute here! ❤️

We enjoyed our stay so much! This place is perfect for a group or families. Lots of space to enjoy. The patios at this home are amazing too! We enjoyed morning coffee & evening cocktails on the top patio enjoying the views. The space was very clean, offering all the amenities needed to enjoy a trip to the beach. Great location, we enjoyed being in walking distance of Rosemary Beach & Alys Beach.
