Shaun and Candice were terrific hosts! They were extremely responsive before and very helpful throughout our stay. The property is remarkable! We loved everything from the bedrooms, large and spacious beds and bunkbeds, the several bathrooms and kitchens, the very fun game room, the modern interior design, the decks, the pool and swim deck, the bikes, the golf carts, the TVs, literally everything was superb. We had such a great time and such a positive experience we are going to return! Our family loved every single thing about this property. It is an ideal environment for a large group. This property has everything that you will need for an epic beach getaway. The accommodations were top notch! Using the golf carts to get to the public beach access point and surrounding area came in clutch. The host was very responsive. I highly recommend this property for anyone planning a trip to Santa Rosa Beach.

The house was perfect. I was concerned with having enough kitchen items and such with the size of our group but we never had a need that wasn't met in the house. Check in was easy and fast. They always got back to us within minutes of any questions we had. The use of the golf carts and sup boards made our beach day perfect as well. We are planning on going back to the house again next summer.

Finding space for a group of 20 isn’t easy but this place checked all the boxes! We had an incredible stay and loved all the amenities at the house! We will definitely book again in the future since we’re wanting to make this an annual trip!

We had the most wonderful stay!! All of our guests could not stop raving about everything in this house. The kitchen was so well stocked with wonderful cookware and appliances. We really enjoyed freshly grinding delicious local coffee beans in the morning and using all of the beautiful spaces for breakfast! I cannot say enough good things. So much space, so beautiful, so comfortable, and had everything you could ever need!

We stayed at this property for a work retreat. We had 20 adults and had plenty of room for all employees to have their own bed. Everything about this property was perfect and even more beautiful in person. The communication was amazing and they were able to answer all the questions we had. Our team really enjoyed the use of golf carts, pool (which we had heated) and the games upstairs and downstairs. We will definitely be back and would recommend this place to everyone! This property was an outstanding choice. Plenty of rooms and sleeping space, the game room was outstanding for family activities. The golf carts were spot on point. Heated swimming pool with and outdoor kitchen and bathroom with a shower. Everything was clean and very well kept. Basically i can write a ad for this property, but im a customer and all of our expectations were met. The management is the absolute best. One call away even on thanksgiving day. Great, Great stay. We loved this property. All rooms, pillows, beds, etc were very comfy & cozy which is important to all of us. We had 6 families staying and never once felt like the space was not big enough for all of us. Conveniently located to public beaches to access on golf carts. We did have to rent another GC to accommodate all of us but the company delivered& picked up for us and it was very convenient. The play room is great for kids & we loved it was on the bottom floor. The swimming pool was wonderful & the gate around it was AMAZING to keep the little kids from going in without an adult with them! Candice (the person I communicated with) was WAY beyond helpful in so many ways. Overall, we were very happy with our stay!

Recently, I had the pleasure of staying at this property on 30A and I must say, it was an incredible experience. From the moment I stepped into the property, I was impressed by the spacious and well-designed interior. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable family beach trip. As soon as you enter the property, you're greeted by a large, open-concept gaming room area with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV and plenty of natural light. The multiple kitchens were a highlight for me, it was fully equipped with updated stainless steel appliances, This allowed us to prepare meals for our large family with ease. The bedrooms were all tastefully decorated and provided the perfect amount of privacy for each family member with each having its own bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the linens were soft and cozy. The bathrooms were also updated and provided ample space for getting ready in the morning. One of the best features of this property was the outdoor space. The large deck had plenty of seating making it the perfect spot for us to relax and enjoy the stunning views of the state park and gulf. The private pool was a big hit with the kids and provided hours of fun. The location of the property was perfect, just a short walk to the white sand beaches of 30A and the emerald green waters of the Gulf. There were plenty of dining, shopping and entertainment options nearby, making it easy to enjoy all that the area has to offer. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with this property on 30A. The updated features and amenities made for a comfortable and memorable family beach trip, and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a beach vacation.
